We're trashing the dress!

Have you ever heard of a Trash the Dress photo session? Basically, you put your wedding dress back on the day after your wedding (yay for wearing it twice!!) and head out with a photographer to take pictures you could never take the day of your wedding. Like this:

So far we're thinking about eating ice cream cones, shopping at the farmer's market and end up playing in a fountain.

Have you ever done a trash the dress session? Any suggestions for things we could do??

Hey Tara - check out youpluswephotography.com for some great trash the dress examples. One of the photographers is a friend's brother, who did a mini photo shoot of us in London in 2009.

Oh fun! We didn't do a trash the dress, but our photographer does some great sessions! I had a friend do one last year. She was out in a river up to her waist, with her dress floating out behind her. So beautiful!! Have fun with it!

What a fun idea, wish I knew about this three years ago. Have a great time and congrats, found your blog on picket fence, where I love that you call your hobbies old people hobbies, I'm in the same boat, hehehe
